HURDuWEB Privacy Policy
HURDuWEB respects the privacy and security of its users. Our
goal is to provide you with a personalized Internet
experience that delivers the information, resources, and
services that are most relevant and helpful to you. We only
collect information that you submit during your visits.

have prepared this statement disclosing the privacy
practices for the entire HURDuWEB site. Here, you will learn

Web Server Logs: This information helps us identify which
areas of our site are of interest to our visitors. HURDuWEB
also collects the Internet [Protocol] (IP) addresses of its
visitors for the purposes of system administration and
determine the areas we reach.
How We Protect Your Information:
The privacy and protection of your personal information is
vitally important to us. HURDuWEB does not make personal
information available to any third parties without your
permission. Any user statistics that we may provide to
prospective advertisers or partners regarding your HURDuWEB
usage are provided in the aggregate only and do not include
any personally identifiable information about any individual

Your access to some services and content is password
protected. We recommend that you do not divulge your

and password to others. In addition, if applicable, you
should remember to sign out of your HURDuWEB vDeckt or

permission. HURDuWEB may disclose personal information when

protect the rights or property of HURDuWEB.
When you are at the HURDuWEB site and asked for personal
information, you share that information with HURDuWEB alone,
unless the service is offered in conjunction with another
party. In order to provide such co-branded services to you,
it is necessary for us to share your personal information
with the company offering the co-branded service. If you do
not want your data to be shared, you can choose not to allow
the transfer of data by not using that particular service.
If you choose to share your data with a provider of a
co-branded service, you should understand that those

practices. HURDuWEB has no control over and accepts no
liability for these independent practices. Each provider
should provide more information regarding its privacy and/or

How to Correct Inaccuracies
If you create a Web Site or use another HURDuWEB service, we
send you a confirmation e-mail confirming your new account
and/or service. The message will be sent to the address that
you supplied us and will describe ways for you to access the
account information provided. Remember to keep the
confirmation e-mail as it will also contain information that
will help you in case you run into problems accessing our
services.

This License Agreement permits the end-user to install the accompanying version of this template package for use on one computer.
The purpose of this package is to assist the end-user in the development of Web sites for personal or commercial use, free of any royalties or fees.
This template package is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
The end-user may not sublicense, assign or distribute copies of this package to others. The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "HURDuWEB Store" "HURDuWEB" or "site"). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address and address. We use this information to process your orders, to register your software at the manufacturer's sites, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Order Acceptance Policy

Software Registration
Customer assumes responsibility for providing proper and accurate Registration information to be used at the manufacturer's site. HURDuWEB is not responsible for errors in registrations due to incorrect information supplied to us. Incorrect information may also cause a delay in processing your order.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via our Third Party Processors. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with HURDuWEB.
Product Delivery
All products provided by HURDuWEB will be made available by direct download links upon confirmation of a completed purchase. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive but all efforts are made to get your product to you as soon as possible. After 24 hours, please contact sales to report a possible order error.
Returns
All HURDuWEB software listed includes either a free trial mode or a demo license key, so that you can try before you buy. All sales are final upon issuance of a registered license key for a product.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, HURDuWEB shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. HURDuWEB shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, HURDuWEB shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
